BookPop is a free, independent reading hub for nonfiction books. We provide chapter-level summaries to help readers decide whether to read the full book. Summaries are not substitutes for the original work — they are pointers, not replacements. The Service is provided as-is for personal, non-commercial use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, mirror, or systematically copy BookPop content
- Republish summaries as your own work
- Use the Service to harm, harass, or impersonate anyone
- Attempt to bypass security or access non-public areas
- Use BookPop for any illegal purpose
- Click ads in a way intended to manipulate ad metrics or revenue
4. Affiliate links

5. Third-party content and services
Cover images, book titles, and author attributions are property of their respective rights holders. Ads are served by Google AdSense. We don’t control third-party services and aren’t responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. See our privacy policy.
6. Intellectual property
BookPop’s name, logo, and original written summaries are owned by BookPop. Quotes from books are used under fair use for the purpose of summary and commentary. If you believe content on BookPop infringes your copyright, please file a DMCA notice via the contact page.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Summaries are interpretations of the source material and may contain errors or omissions. Always consult the original book for authoritative information.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookPop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts there.
